There were great staff and location for a really good stay in the perfect location. The room met expectations, spotless with terrace.

The room was silent and updated, with a modern design. Everything was really good during our stay though disappointing aspect was too small bathroom. The service was excellent and the staff was best and attentive.

I came here for 2 nights and had a such wonderful stay.

The hotel of choice in Florence. The room was perfect with a balcony, had wake-up service, that's cool.

The stay here was really nice, loved the hotel, it was impeccably clean with brilliant location close enough to shops and the Ponte Vecchio and the Palazzo Vecchio and the heart of Florence and the Statue of Davi.

Hospitable hotel, tranquil location, freshly renovated rooms. The cocktail bar in the property had variety of hot cocktails and martini throughout the day.

Popular hotel for shopping in great area. The staff were welcoming, the room was silent with the comfy bed & pillows, great coffee, terrace. Everything seemed excellent, clean. The property had a very central location and it was walking distance to Corridoio Vasariano.

Location and stuff where the best things. A few steps away from the wonderful beach. The room I booked was cleaned and available with the comfy bed and bidet and terrace. The restaurant was modern and served tasty food.

Very very friendly staff, really great stay, great bedroom. I loved continental breakfast, the food was fresh. Amazing service provided there too.

It is a very modern hotel, rooms are wonderful and I liked the bfast staff. Big suite and comfortable bed.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable in the comfortable bedroom. The restaurant was top-notch with wonderful meals. Nice garden and good pool.

location was impressive, room was suitable, great value. the personnel was so helpfull & were more than helpful. i slept so comfy in the great bed. lots of options for breakfast including scrambled eggs and cereals. further, it was really close to uffizi, old bridge.

Always pretty clean place with responsive staff and very comfy location. Service was perfect in the lovely boutique hotel. There were free internet and private parking available.

Rooms are big size, breakfast is good, staff is absolutely beautiful. Beautifully decorated hotel centrally located in the city. Absolutely breathtaking view of sea.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. The breakfast was LOVELY & parking was nearby. The room was well priced. Laundry service was really handy.

The hotel was very clean and superior, appreciated the good beds. Comforts of superior king room were fabulous - central heating, a safe and a writing table. We dined out at Mammamia Firenze, set so close to the venue.

Having easy access to palazzo vecchio and being really close to uffizi gallery. The location was quiet, about a 15-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. Plenty of food available in terrace:)))

We visited one of our favorite spots uffizi gallery that was not far from the hotel. Trattoria Nella was 5 mins walk away...
